The Company
Third.space is a B2B company that is part of Lars Larsen Group. We specialize in creating comfortable, welcoming brand spaces, and we deliver everything from design to art directions, furniture, lighting, and decorations for the hospitality market. Our 40 colleagues are based in Esbjerg, Denmark, and we have successfully delivered projects in 21 countries, including Germany.

The Role
As our new colleague, you will be responsible for developing and driving our sales in Germany within the hospitality sector (hotels, hostels, resorts, student accommodations, and expat hotel-apartments). Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Building relationships and proactively seeking new customers in Germany.
  2. Ensuring the retention and growth of both existing and new customers.
  3. Managing projects for our German clients with support from your colleagues at the headquarters in Denmark.

  1. Have a strong network and proven experience in project sales within the hospitality industry.
  2. Are a skilled negotiator.
  3. Have experience in developing sales strategies and budgets.
  4. Excel at building and maintaining relationships.
  5. Are result-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude, always looking for solutions and thinking about profitability.
  6. Are structured and organized, ensuring thorough follow-up and project handover.
  7. Are fluent in German and English.

You will have the flexibility to work from your own address, preferably around Hamburg or further north, as we are initially focusing on Northern Germany. To set you up for success, you will be expected to be at our headquarters in Esbjerg one day a week. Additionally, a 14-day onboarding program with your colleagues in Esbjerg will be part of your introduction.
