Wind Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Wind Project Coordinator to join our international Business Intelligence & Sales function. This role will support the global wind division with client & market insights in various geographies and is responsible for bid management and sales processes.
In this challenging position, you will play a critical role by coordinating, guiding, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with client and Ramboll Group requirements and guidelines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing assistance with the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals, including collecting, compiling, and updating specific information for responses, CVs, and project references.
- Supporting the tender team by handling administrative tasks, such as managing communication, managing the registration/updating process of the tender portal profile, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating the proposal signing process.
- Managing data documentation through digital tools and assisting in compiling information for business intelligence activities, such as key account and country meetings.
- Organizing and maintaining templates, references, capability statements, presentations, CVs, etc.
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of approximately $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, ongoing investment in your development, and flexible work environment.
About You
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant project management, procurement, or business development experience is desired.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level preferred).
- Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and highly organized.
- Familiarity with public/private procurement processes and commercial, contractual, and execution models.
