We're seeking a Key Resource Coordinator for our Copenhagen office. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that projects are resourced effectively with the right capability and capacity to deliver successful outcomes on time and on budget.

The Key Resource Coordinator will be responsible for:

  1. Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills, experience, and availability.
  2. Ensuring the organization has the capacity to meet project demands by planning and managing resources effectively.
  3. Tracking and managing employee workload, utilisation, and overtime to ensure optimal productivity.
  4. Addressing and resolving any resource conflicts that arise during project execution with project and resource owners.
  5. Collaborating with project managers, department heads, and HR to understand resource needs and ensure timely staffing.
  6. Maintaining accurate records of resource allocation, utilisation reports, and other relevant documentation.
  7. Providing support to project managers on resource management issues and suggesting improvements to resource management processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in resource management in a professional services business.
  • Proficiency in resource management software and tools, with the ability to build tools where required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

In return, we offer a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, a great pension, both health and life insurance, as well as flexibility around where you work and when. We welcome discussions about flexible working during the interview process.
