Job Description:

This role is responsible for profitably increasing sales and market share in the OEM sector. You will develop and implement a yearly business plan that achieves targets through a uniform goals & objectives process. You will also establish project and account priorities, coordinate with line sales and regional management, and target a designated number of accounts.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a yearly business plan consistent with the team strategy.
  • Establish project and account priorities through a thorough review of major owners.
  • Coordinate with line sales and regional management in the territory to maximize business results.
  • Target a designated and agreed upon number of accounts.
  • Complete account development is defined by designing and implementing a strategy to sell the complete line of Victaulic products.
  • Strategic planning for all OEM sales in a territory will be in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Be updated on market trends, competition, pricing, and new products.
