About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team in the DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions department at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future and driving the implementation of cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of project management disciplines on behalf of IT & Automation
  • Act as the point of contact for IT & Automation in the AP module for the expansion site
  • Support the ITOT Expansion Site Lead in project management of the AP module standards & execution
  • Represent the AP Module Team within the project management team
  • Ensure compliance and quality in all aspects of the projects
  • Collaborate with various technology partners (internal and external) and site work package owners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's- or Master's degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and computer, Information- and communication technology or similar
  • Significant experience in industrial automation projects (greenfield projects is a plus)
  • Experience in one or more of the following technologies: MES, PCS, IOT, PLC and Industry 4.0
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse areas and backgrounds to co-create solutions that drive value to the company
  • Strong project management skills and a drive to succeed

DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future. Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.
