Job Description
Better Collective is a leading sports media group seeking a Part-Time IT Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. Our vibrant culture is complemented by our dynamic international IT team, spanning across multiple locations. This role requires close collaboration with our IT teams, providing a unique opportunity to work in a global setting.

About the Role
As the IT Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring new users are seamlessly integrated into our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include assisting with user account creation, ensuring hardware and software setup, conducting IT orientation sessions, and providing support for onboarding-related IT issues.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts in MS Active Directory and Google Workspace.
  • Coordinate the setup of necessary hardware and software for new employees.
  • Deliver IT orientation sessions, including training on company IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for onboarding-related IT issues.
  • Document onboarding processes and update standard operating procedures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the broader IT team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Job Requirements
Who You Are

  • Experience in IT support or a related field, with a focus on good human-friendly support and onboarding.
  • Understanding of MS Active Directory and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and create clear, concise documentation.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus.
