To support this growth, we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our Product Marketing team in Herlev and help bridge the gap between product development and the market.

As a Product Marketing Manager at Flatpay, you'll be the link between our product teams and the market, translating complex fintech products into clear, compelling stories that resonate with customers. You'll take ownership of go-to-market execution, acting as a cross-functional project lead who keeps stakeholders aligned and launches on track. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring new products and features successfully to market.

What You'll Do

  • Define and develop product positioning, narratives, and messaging that set Flatpay apart in a competitive market.
  • Initiate and execute go-to-market plans for new features and products. From strategy and communication to stakeholder alignment, project planning, and sales enablement.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM projects, ensuring clear ownership, smooth coordination, and timely delivery across teams.
  • Measure and report on adoption, engagement, and commercial impact, using insights to optimize messaging and launch effectiveness.
  • Drive collaboration between Product and Commercial teams to ensure that what we build and how we communicate it always reflects customer needs and business goals.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role within SaaS, fintech, or tech.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and product launches.
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-centric communication.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills, structured, proactive, and great at driving alignment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to combine data, insights, and storytelling.
  • Collaborative spirit and a hands-on approach suited to a fast-paced scale-up.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus).

Success in the first 6–12 months
In your first months at Flatpay, success means making a real impact on how our products reach and resonate with customers. You'll lead a major feature launch from planning to execution, driving strong adoption and measurable results. You'll develop scalable GTM processes and playbooks, improve key adoption and retention metrics, and help strengthen alignment between product and commercial teams across markets.
