You want impact. You thrive in complexity, speak tech and business fluently, and turn strategy into results. You're curious, empathetic, and focused on outcomes, not just the activity. You've worked in or around PLM before, and you know what it takes to drive real change.

You live in Sweden, Finland, Denmark or Norway and you're ready to travel when it counts.

What you'll do:

  • Drive 5–6 enterprise accounts like a trusted advisor, not a vendor.
  • Help customers see what's possible and show the way.
  • Build roadmaps that matter, and relationships that last.
  • Spot risks before they become problems.
  • Collaborate with a small, elite team that's been hand-picked for a reason.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and business consulting to drive maximum impact.
  • Lead by example. Share stories. Prove value. Measure what matters.

What you bring

  • Solid experience in PLM and digital transformation and a hunger to learn more.
  • Business impact knowledge: you know how to make a real difference.
  • A strategic mindset.
  • Communication skills that move rooms.
  • Bonus points if you've worked with Windchill (or other similar PLM systems) and if you've learned to appreciate its depth without losing your sense of humor, you'll fit right in.
  • A degree and/or track record that shows you've done this before and done it well.
  • Citizenship or permanent residency in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, or Norway

Other Information:
Full-time probation period for 6 months to move over to permanent employment.
