Sales Manager – Attraction, Entertainment & Retail

Stillingen i hovedtræk
Som Sales Manager får du ansvar for hele salgsprocessen. Du arbejder opsøgende, rådgivende og strategisk og trives lige godt på telefonen, i Teams som i fysiske kundemøder.
Du forstår kundernes forretningsmodel, gæsterejse og transaktionsflow, og du kan vise dem, hvordan NaviPartners POS- og omnichannel-løsninger kan optimere drift, skabe stærkere gæsteoplevelser og øge salg. Du udfordrer deres nuværende systemer og tilbyder smartere, mere effektive processer.
Du bliver en del af vores salgsteam, som arbejder på tværs af landegrænser og består af ni passionerede kolleger med stor erfaring i retail, attraktioner og omnichannel-teknologi. Ligeledes får du en dygtig og nærværende chef.
Dine primære opgaver
- Opbygge og udvikle egen kundeportefølje i Attraction, Entertainment og Retail
- Opsøgende B2B-salg og åbning af nye markeder
- Rådgivning om procesoptimering, POS og omnichannel
- Udarbejdelse af tilbud, præsentationer og løsningsforslag i samarbejde med kollegaer
- Pipeline-styring og struktureret opfølgning i CRM
- Opsalg og relationel kundeudvikling
Du har
- Minimum 3 års erfaring med B2B-salg / solution selling
- Erfaring fra retail, POS, betalingsløsninger, SaaS eller tech er et stort plus
- Forståelse for forretningsprocesser og evnen til at omsætte tekniske funktioner til kundeværdi
- Stærke kommunikations- og relationskompetencer
- En struktureret, vedholdende og kommercielt stærk tilgang
- Kørekort B (egen bil er ikke nødvendigt)
