Do you want to take charge of logistics in a Danish design company with a global reach?

At TOM ROSSAU, we are looking for a structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on Logistics Manager to lead and develop our logistics and warehouse operations at our Frederiksberg location.

About the role

As Logistics Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for our logistics department.

You'll be a key player in ensuring that our products are handled and delivered efficiently and with care, from production to delivery.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating the daily operations in the logistics and warehouse department
  • Planning and optimizing shipments (single orders, pallets, and larger deliveries)
  • Ensuring proper packaging and handling of products
  • Managing freight and returns, in and our the house
  • Receiving and registering goods and maintaining inventory levels
  • Ensuring effective use of digital systems and tools
  • Contributing to continuous process and workflow improvements

You will report to the Production Manager and collaborate closely with our production, sales, and administrative teams.

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Familiarity with logistics and shipping systems
  • A hands-on attitude and a proactive mindset
  • Good communication skills in both English and Danish
