The
Student Assistant, Sourcing and Travel
, supports both the Sourcing and Travel teams within the Pre-assembly & Installation discipline. The role provides administrative, coordination, and communication support for sourcing activities and travel arrangements for wind turbine technicians. This includes assisting with the preparation of contracts, coordinating travel logistics, and supporting communication between internal teams, technicians, and clients.

Principal Accountabilities
Sourcing Support
Assist in issuing technician contracts.

Maintain and update technician records in internal systems.

Support the Sourcing team with administrative tasks related to resource allocation.

Travel Coordination
Assist in booking and coordinating travel arrangements for technicians, including flights, accommodation, and transport.

Update and maintain travel schedules and related documentation.

Communicate travel details and changes to technicians and relevant stakeholders.

Administrative and Stakeholder Support

Assist with the preparation and distribution of manning plans.

Provide support to the Sourcing and Travel teams with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc

assignments.

Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of sourcing and travel processes.

Qualifications And Experience
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration,

International Business, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluent in English

Key competencies
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Eager to learn about sourcing and travel processes in the wind industry
