one for
Sweden
and one for
Norway
- to help accelerate our growth and open the next chapter of our commercial journey.

About the role

As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers in Sweden or Norway. You'll research target accounts, reach out via phone, email, and social channels, and spark interest in our solutions. This is not just meeting booking, you'll create real opportunities that drive our growth.

You'll uncover prospects' challenges, qualify opportunities for our Account Executives, and build trust with multiple stakeholders. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to help shape our approach as we unite three companies into one. At the same time, you'll keep a structured, data-driven pipeline in HubSpot and look for ways to improve your outreach every day.

What you'll do

  • Identify and research prospects across Sweden or Norway.
  • Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Book high-quality, well-qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Engage potential customers in insightful early-stage discovery conversations.
  • Spot new opportunities proactively and bring creative ideas to the team.
  • Work in a structured, data-driven way through our CRM and sales tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Nordic sales team as we unite three companies into one.

What you bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has
    1+
    year of experience in BDR/SDR, outbound sales, or similar roles.
  • Speaks
    either Swedish or Norwegian fluently
    (plus solid English).
  • Has strong communication skills and knows how to make people
    want
    to talk to you.
  • Works proactively, is driven by targets, and brings contagious energy.
  • Is curious, asks questions, and uncovers customer needs with ease.
  • Maybe has SaaS experience - but more importantly, shows passion, grit, and potential.
