Hello Chef

We're looking for an experienced Chef De Partie (full-time) to join our Indonesian restaurant in Copenhagen. We're a small but busy place with a friendly, international team — and we'd love to welcome someone who can start soon.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant kitchen experience
  • Organized, efficient, and able to keep calm when it's busy
  • A strong team player who can also handle sections independently
  • Comfortable with prep and service in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious to learn new techniques and flavors
  • Available to work 5 days a week, including weekends
  • English is required (Danish is a plus)
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, ordering, and stock control
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing seasonal menu
  • Punctual
  • Eagerness to master product knowledge
