About the role

As a
Customer Support Agent,
you will be a key part of our customers' success. You will:

  • Monitor and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution and low response times
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints by coordinating with relevant teams
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve our product and service quality
  • Address customer inquiries through various communication channels (chat, email, and video)
  • Manage support chat, record video explanations, and handle calls with customers
  • Provide accurate information about our products, features, and best practices
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues with our products
  • Support the development and improvement of customer service procedures and guidelines
  • Handle ad hoc tasks within the Customer Success department as needed

Who we are looking for

  • Tech-savvy and eager to keep learning
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to follow several customers and tasks at the same time
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills with customers.
