What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Support Agent within our Corpay One division. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments line of business, located in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, you will collaborate with the Customer Service and Customer Account Executive teams, to help deliver a high-performance culture that is aligned to both strategic and revenue generating initiatives, whilst delivering a first-class service to both internal and external customers.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Customer Support Manager.
How We Work
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be expected to work in an onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
Assigned workspace in our Copenhagen office
Company-issued equipment
Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the UK Commercial team.
Identifying opportunities for improvements that are related to driving revenue opportunities
Delivering a positive customer experience and driving efficiency savings.
Weekly KPI reporting to demonstrate performance and improvement opportunities.
Identifying and delivering process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across the Commercial team(s) and reduce customer attrition.
Resources planning for the Commercial Department to ensure key business functions are resourced appropriately.
Supporting cross functional activity aligned to the UK project initiatives to ensure execution of processes are as efficient and effective as possible.
Implementing and monitoring operational performance measures through the use of analytics tools that can be used to proactively identify areas for improvement and inform decision making that is related to the Commercial Team's strategic objectives.
Evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback on performance levels that enhances and develops skills, knowledge and techniques.
Assessing strengths and weaknesses of performance levels and identify areas for further development, using tried and tested coaching techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 1 years' experience in customer service or support, ideally within a SaaS company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English - Essential
Strong customer-focused mindset with proven commitment to satisfaction.
High attention to detail with a consistent standard of quality.
Self-motivated and reliable in delivering on commitments.
Hands-on experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows (preferably Jira and Intercom).
Strong IT and computer skills.
