Healthcare Test Manager with internal and external focus

Are you ready for a career move where you can significantly influence the way we operate and enhance the quality of healthcare systems? And for an opportunity to apply your testing expertise while paving the way for quality assurance in collaboration with highly skilled colleagues? If so, we have the job for you
The job
As a Test Manager, you will help ensure the quality of our critical Columna Cura product so that it meets the highest standards for healthcare IT solutions that directly impact citizen care and safety.

You will be responsible for all test-related activities within the Columna Cura product development. This includes planning and executing internal system testing while continually communicating risks and status to project stakeholders. You will work closely with development teams, focusing on early testing and the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, helping them plan and execute customer acceptance tests while managing defects found during the executed tests.

You will be part of Cura's Quality and Release team working closely with our Test Automation Engineer, Release Manager and Configuration Manager.

Operational test management:

  • Ensuring the planning and execution of internal system tests for the Columna Cura product.
  • Ensuring alignment with stakeholders on product risks and test strategy for Cura product releases.
  • Creating test plans and test reports for internal stakeholder communication.

Customer-facing test management:

  • Ensuring the planning, specification, execution and completion of acceptance tests in relation to new customer contracts.
  • Cooperating with customers during test execution and ensuring defect management in relation to executed tests.

Strategic:

  • Driving strategic quality initiatives within the Cura project and product.

Cross-team coordination and collaboration:

  • Collaborating effectively with different development teams on product quality and the delivery of test scope for internal testing.
  • Coordination of test plans with Release and Project Management.
  • Communication of product quality to key stakeholders.

Your Qualifications
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably within software or from a technical university or a similar background.

Ideally, you have experience with software test management, but a strong management profile combined with an interest in shifting your focus to software testing is also relevant.

You have demonstrated your ability to operate independently in a complex organisation while maintaining robust relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

It would be an advantage if you:

  • have a knowledge of IT tools for managing requirements, test planning and test execution
  • possess experience with risk and stakeholder management
  • are familiar with Jira and TestRail, as these are the tools we use. Similarly, holding ISTQB Advanced Test Management certification would also be considered an advantage.

You are fluent in Danish and English.

As a person you take a structured approach to your work, and always ensure that both management and your colleagues are informed of your plans. You foresee difficulties, and you are proactive at involving relevant stakeholders if things do not go as planned.

You create good relationships with key stakeholders in the customer's organisation to help ensure successful implementations.

Please note
that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
