Senior Delivery Manager – IT Infrastructure

About the Role

In this key position, you'll oversee the performance and reliability of our IT infrastructure services, from data centers and networks to firewalls and connectivity. You'll act as the central point of contact for our external partners, ensuring high-quality delivery, driving improvement initiatives, and supporting regional infrastructure projects that keep our business running at its best.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT infrastructure partners and vendors.
  • Oversee service performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and business expectations.
  • Lead infrastructure projects and coordinate optimization activities across the region.
  • Proactively monitor services, address performance issues, and manage escalations.
  • Host regular service reviews and follow up on improvement plans.
  • Support compliance, governance, and licensing coordination with partners.
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to align service delivery with strategic goals.

Your Background

  • Proven experience in
    IT service delivery
    or
    infrastructure operations management
    .
  • Skilled in
    vendor and partner management
    , with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong technical understanding of
    data center operations, networks, and firewalls
    .
  • Experience managing
    regional or multi-country IT services
    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in
    English
    and
    Danish
