As the
Data Driven Experiences Lead
for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty
, you will be instrumental in shaping how consumers discover, engage with, and benefit from our dermatological beauty brands in the digital ecosystem. You will bridge our rich first-party data with cutting-edge digital experiences, ensuring every touchpoint delivers personalized, medically informed, and highly relevant content and solutions. This pivotal role combines a passion for data, media activation and digital innovation with a commitment to skin health.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement a privacy safe acquisition strategy aligned with our frameworks. You will own and define the data recruitment strategy from all addressable targets, ensuring superior database quality and optimal media efficiency. You will also be responsible for orchestrating and overseeing multi-brand acquisition campaigns across the entire Division.
- First-Party Data Activation Strategy: Lead the segmentation and strategic activation of LDB's first-party data audience to drive tailored content, product recommendations, and targeted media campaigns across all digital touchpoints. Oversee CRM cross-brand campaigns planning, execution and reporting.
- Second-Party Data Activation Strategy: Partner closely with our commercial and media teams to create a 2P data strategy for different clients and brands. Instrumental role in our retail media strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Brand, Digital Marketing, and Commercial teams to seamlessly integrate data insights into digital product development and consumer-facing initiatives.
- Performance & Optimization: Analyze and optimize DDX campaign performance. Establish KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and lead continuous A/B testing and optimization efforts to maximize digital engagement, conversion, and consumer satisfaction.
Your Profile
- Digital Experience: +5 years in digital experience, data strategy, digital product management, or CRM and marketing automation, with a proven track record of leveraging data for impactful digital outcomes. You have worked with digital media and have experience in lower funnel-based media activations such as lead ads and retail media.
- Audience building and activation: Deep knowledge on how to build digital audiences and how to activate them through the digital ecosystem while respecting GDPR.
- Data Savvy: Deep understanding of data analytics, consumer segmentation, and first- & second-party data strategies, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Digital Acumen: Strong knowledge of digital platforms (web, app, e-commerce), from a brand website to digital marketing technologies, and omnichannel consumer journeys.
- Strategic & Collaborative: Exceptional ability to think strategically, influence diverse teams, and drive results in a complex organization.
- People Developer: Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, successfully overseeing projects and guiding teams. With your managerial experience, you will lead and foster the growth of the team and the wider community, mentoring and guiding them towards success.
