Bring your material expertise, strong project management skills, process excellence and passion for innovation to help us deliver tactile play experiences that inspire the builders of tomorrow

  • Turn creative concepts into actionable project plans, delivering feasible, high-quality material solutions with clear timelines, and effective risk management.
  • Maintain and optimize project workflows, documentation, and data management in systems like Signavio, F-Track, and Operational Cockpits.
  • Manage handover and approval processes for materials, colours, prints, and finishes, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal experts (Chemical, Master Data, Procurement and Quality teams) to ensure materials meet LEGO's performance and compliance standards.

By ensuring timely delivery, alignment, and compliance, you help LEGO deliver inspiring solutions while supporting the broader organization's innovation and operational excellence.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and nurture connections with all collaborators.
  • Self-motivated, with a structured approach, consistently curious, focused, and brave — eager to learn, lead change, and shape the future of textiles at LEGO.
