About the Role

As a part-time store associate, you will be an ambassador for 66°North—representing our brand, values, and Icelandic heritage through exceptional customer service. You'll help create a welcoming and inspiring experience for every visitor, whether they're discovering the brand for the first time or returning as loyal fans.

You will play an important role in:

  • Providing excellent and personal service to all customers
  • Supporting daily store operations including stock handling, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and premium store environment
  • Driving sales through genuine customer engagement and product knowledge
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English
  • A positive and proactive attitude—you enjoy helping people and working as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays (especially important at the airport location)
  • Interest in outdoor lifestyle, fashion, or sustainability is a big advantage
