Financial Controller

Are you a data-driven finance professional who thrives on creating structure, optimizing processes and turning insights into action? Do you want to be a part of a growing company where your ideas directly shape how we operate?

To strengthen our financial setup, we're looking for a Financial Controller with a pro-active mindset and a passion for continuous improvement - someone who enjoys diving into data, fine-tuning systems, and driving smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Your main objectives

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the day-to-day operations of everything Controlling and Accounting related and be the go-to person for insights into the Balance Sheet, Cost Centers and general inquiries on our ERP System, Business Central.

What you'll do

  • Lead and oversee the full financial operation - ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely month-end closing, financial control, reliable reporting, and analysis.
  • Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end process with precision and structure.
  • Continuously improving and automating financial workflows and internal controls
  • Optimize and develop our use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related systems
  • Provide actionable financial insights that support commercial and operational decisions across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal control frameworks

What you bring

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar role.
  • Solid accounting and reporting skills with attention to detail and analytical depth.
  • Structured data-driven approach and a strong sense of ownership
  • A genuine interest in process optimisation and system development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A proactive attitude
