As an Account Manager, you will represent Kamstrup's intelligent energy solutions across the Netherlands. Acting as a trusted advisor to heat suppliers, installers, and the real estate sector, you will translate customer needs into future-proof metering solutions. Your role focuses on strengthening existing relationships, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with local and Danish colleagues to deliver premium results.
More specially, you will be:
- Developing and executing sales activities and account plans
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers
- Acquiring new customers within the heat market
- Translating customer needs into innovative total solutions (hardware, software, and services)
- Analyzing customer requirements and market developments

Meet your future team
With a direct reference to our Head of Sales, you will become a part of our Dutch sales office, consisting of 15 enthusiastic colleagues. Together we oversee the entire sales processes of innovative total solutions for heat and cooling metering in the Netherlands and Belgium, through both direct and indirect channels. Teamwork is at the heart of what we do: We share knowledge, support one another, and create an environment where you can grow both professionally and personally.

We are looking for an Account Manager who is ready to put Kamstrup firmly on the map in the Netherlands. You achieve this by excelling in relationship management — confidently advising, persuading, and fostering strong, long-term partnerships with your customers.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Have at least an MBO or HBO degree (vocational or higher professional education)
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in technology or sustainable energy Are independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial
Ideally have a few years of experience in a commercial role, but above all bring enthusiasm for the job
As an international organization, we expect fluency in Dutch and good professional proficiency in English.
