Here Is What The Job Entails
As our new Senior Sales Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and executing Grid Management Service sales. You will be a go-to expert in service selling who develops the future business of service sales for Electricity Utilities. Your efforts will be focused at the Distribution Network Operators primarily in Nordic and selected European countries. You will act as a center for service sales, in close cooperation with local sales professionals on market approach and with the product management team.
More specifically, you will be:
- Developing and executing service sales, strategy and planning
- Engaging and leading C-level executive service sales meetings, events, and activities
- Converting proved value creation into a profitable business for Kamstrup
- Executing sales strategy in collaboration with the local Key/Account Managers
- Cooperating closely with product management to incorporate market feedback and evolve the service portfolio

Travel is an essential part of the job, and you can expect around 50-70 travel days per year.

You will report directly to our Head of Sales Denmark and become an integral part of the Danish sales team. Your closest collaborators will be the Product Management function, while your reach will extend across several electricity sales teams throughout the Nordics and Europe.

Less About Us, More About You
We are looking for a Senior Sales Service Manager who is ready to take our service sales initiatives to new heights. You achieve this by combining a strong commercial mindset with a customer-centric approach - knowing when to act, how to prioritize, and being willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:
- A minimum of 7 years of B2B service sales experience from a technical industry and an international company
- A proven track-record from C-level executive sales with long sales cycles
- Experience from the energy sector or a related sector working with efficiency, digitalization, Data-as-a-service, and the value adding approach is considered an advantage
As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English. German and Danish are considered an advantage.
