Attorney-at-law with tech and AI experience

We are looking for an attorney-at-law eager to develop the best solutions alongside some of  Denmark's most experienced IT lawyers in our Tech & Commercial team. You will have ample opportunity to specialise in IT, technology, and outsourcing.

Plesner's Tech & Commercial team provides advice on IT and law, tailored to each client's specific needs.

Tech is at the core of everything we do in the team – whether it involves advising, training, handling disputes, or managing transactions. Drafting and negotiating IT contracts are also key aspects of our work. We focus on the opportunities, risks, commercial considerations and demands involved when businesses provide or invest in new technology and digitisation.

Our primary goal is to create value for our clients. Therefore we always integrate commercial and business aspects when we provide sound legal advice. We work closely with clients and their commercial and technical teams.

As an attorney-at-law in our Tech & Commercial team, your work will include:

• Advising on tech and IT law, including handling complex legal issues, disputes and transactions

• Drafting and negotiating IT contracts

• Developing strategies to help our clients achieve their business goals

• Leading cases and projects in close collaboration with clients and colleagues

• Mentoring and managing junior colleagues, playing a key role in shaping their professional and personal growth

• Knowledge-sharing and collaboration across Plesner's teams to deliver holistic solutions for clients.

You will join a team where collaboration is key – regardless of seniority. We also work closely together with Plesner's other legal specialists – in particular in IP, Employment & Labour Law, Data Protection Law, Banking and Finance, Litigation, and M&A.

Who are you?
We are looking for a talented attorney-at-law or legal advisor with 4-5 years of experience in tech law.

You have strong legal expertise and are motivated by working alongside equally skilled colleagues. It is important that you have a solid understanding of contract law and are eager to engage in new regulation.

You are thorough, solution-oriented, and pro-active. You excel in both internal and external collaboration and you know how to communicate with clarity and precision.

You will have extensive, direct client contact and responsibility and experienced colleagues will always be ready to provide advice and guidance.
