Our diverse team of 25+ are based in Aarhus, Denmark.

The role

This role bridges analytical rigor with human growth – shaping the firm's strategic direction while building the culture and capabilities to sustain it.

You will drive our strategy process, shape market-entry and capital allocation decisions, connect long-term direction with ongoing execution, and lead some of the most important strategic projects. At the same time, you'll build the people and learning frameworks that help sustain a high-performance culture.

Your teamwork skills and bias toward action will be key to your success. You will have no direct reports, but you'll lead strategic projects and influence across teams.

You will spend roughly 70% of your time on strategy and roughly 30% on people.

Key responsibilities

• Run our strategy process and deliver a 2027–2029 strategy plan.
• Shape our market entry framework enabling analytically sound market entry decisions
• Ensure a strong link between strategy and tangible, quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects of high complexity.
• Communicate findings clearly to both quantitative and non-quantitative colleagues.
• Orchestrate people processes (e.g. objectives and feedback, talent development, and employee engagement surveys) ensuring they translate into better decision quality and higher performance.
• Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that balances ambition with care.
• Own people operations including people data, people systems, recruiting, and contracts.

What we are looking for

• 4-7 years of strategy experience from a top-tier management consultancy firm, a corporate strategy team, a trading firm/hedge fund, and/or a financial institution.
• Experience with financial markets, investments, or trading.
• Experience with people performance management and talent development.
• Team player who values company results and progress over individual prestige.
• Intellectually curious and number-savvy person who
  is comfortable working with large financial datasets (Python skills are a plus).
• Empathy and communication skills enabling strong collaboration across junior and senior coders, traders, analysts, risk managers, and leaders.

Location

We support flexibility in how work is done, but success in this role requires a strong presence in our Aarhus office (4–5 days per week). We operate in English and welcome non-Danish speaking candidates.
