Role Summary

One of our clients is hiring a
Customer Service Advisor
to join their growing sales organization in Copenhagen. The role focuses on expanding and retaining partnerships with key restaurant, retail, and grocery partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a passion for building strong relationships, driving performance, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow strategic partnerships with restaurant and retail chains through campaigns, joint business plans, and performance initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions to meet revenue and retention goals.
  • Represent the organization externally to partners and internally as the lead for strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and data teams to deliver successful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics, trends, and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and implement partnership strategies that drive mutual success.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in
    Key Account Management
    or
    Strategic Partnerships
    , preferably in B2B, retail, or food delivery sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data tools for performance reporting.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and implementing joint business plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English; Danish proficiency preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with online marketplaces, food delivery, or e-commerce businesses.
  • Understanding of restaurant operations or retail distribution networks.
