Project Manager within Digital Banking

Leading complex projects

We are looking for a Project Manager for the Implementations & Projects team within Digital Banking, Business Customers unit. We act as the link between the business and the development units (Tribes) of Danske Bank. We act as a one point of entry for the business, and we are responsible for local change management and projects in Business Customers area. We also act as a representative for the business in many risk and remediation projects and together with our local risk and remediation team, we drive projects to solve problems and to "turn of the tap" in remediation projects.

In this role, you will be a part of a Nordic Team, focusing on Project Management. You will be representing the business and engage with many stakeholders to succeed with the projects. We are looking for a Project Manager with several years of experience and solid skillsets to assist us drive projects and deliver results through leadership, people, communication, and collaboration. The role will also require you, to take on more operational tasks from time to time, so you must be able to take on the role needed for the given situation. Role seniority will be calibrated based on your experience and knowledge.

Your key responsibilities will be :

• Taking a project management role on complex projects cross Nordic
• Implement project execution plans from start to finish incl. project governance structures
• Generate ideas, structure and solve problems with project teams
• Facilitate workshops, analyse data and information gathered
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely deliveries
• Report project status to relevant stakeholders and senior management

Team player with project management experience

We expect that you have professional experience working as Project Manager. Experience on project methodology is a must, and a solid academic background is considered beneficial. It will be considered an advantage if you have experience with Business Banking segment in Danske Bank.

In this job, teamwork is very important, so we are looking for a good collaborator, who is also comfortable with overseeing tasks and directing own work. A structured problem-solving approach, an analytical mind-set and enthusiastic "can-do" attitude, are also features that we look for in a colleague.

There can be many relevant backgrounds for this role, but we require as a minimum that you have:

• Extensive experience in project management
• Knowledge or interest in how to run a bank within the business customer segment
• As this is a role with many stakeholders your communication skills need to be strong where you are able to adapt to whoever you are speaking to
• Ability to work under uncertainty in a dynamic environment
• Professional flexibility to easily and efficiently transition across contexts
• Motivated mind-set, high energy level, easy to work with, structured, pragmatic
• Strong team player with a high work ethic
• No problem with taking on more operational tasks from time to time
