We offer

An exciting opportunity awaits you as The Global Reliability Program Manager, where you will spearhead the global reliability and maintenance program across all Maersk FbM facilities to achieve world-class operational readiness.

You will play a pivotal role in leading the charge towards operational excellence through a Reliability Centered Maintenance approach.

To thrive in this role, you should bring to the table extensive experience in developing and implementing reliability and maintenance strategies, coupled with robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Moreover, a profound understanding of reliability engineering principles, predictive maintenance techniques, failure analysis, and statistical analysis will be crucial.

This role, based in Europe, may involve some travel.

Responsibilities

You will be tasked with crafting a global reliability program to enhance the resilience and availability of all our FbM assets worldwide.

Additionally, you will devise maintenance strategies and methodologies aimed at optimizing equipment reliability and enhancing maintenance efficiency.

Other pivotal responsibilities include:

Identifying avenues for enhancing asset management practices, ensuring process consistency, and aligning with team strategies and priorities.

Spearheading the development and execution of maintenance and reliability policies, plans, and strategies. You will lead and guide staff and consulting resources in adopting new methodologies and processes to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Establishing and maintaining the CMMS system and implementing a robust training program to elevate the skills of existing users and facilitate the seamless integration of new hires.

Formulating, implementing, tracking, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities. You will analyze and report on CMMS performance vis-à-vis industry benchmarks and agreed performance indicators.

Initiating cross-functional initiatives aimed at organizational enhancement, fostering cultural change, and driving overall process improvements related to asset management and systems reliability.

Engaging with pertinent stakeholders to anticipate future requirements of the reliability program and bolster our growth trajectory.

Serving as a subject matter expert in predictive technologies and reliability data analysis to support root cause analysis, change management review, and execution of corrective action plans.

What are we looking for

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or possess an equivalent level of expertise in equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, root cause analysis, and equipment data analysis. Additionally, they should boast several years of experience in maintenance and reliability.

You should possess substantial Program/Project management experience with a focus on reliability and/or maintenance, along with proficiency in TPM/LEAN and robust continuous improvement and project/program management skills.

Moreover, familiarity with a CMMS system is essential.

As a self-starter, you should exhibit exceptional project and stakeholder management skills and be adept at taking the lead in your areas of responsibility. You should constantly be on the lookout for opportunities for continuous improvement and be ready to take ownership of them when identified.
