As Senior Product Manager in the Innovation and Commercialization part of our product team, you'll dive into the reality of our customers and craft, pilot, and bring to market innovative, premium transportation services in the space of reliability and flexibility. Your role is to pioneer the future of transportation, moving from identifying key questions to generating insights, from drafting concepts to managing live pilots, and from documenting assumptions to gathering evidence. You will gain an understanding of the supply chains of some of the world’s largest companies, identifying which groundbreaking services will benefit our customers and create a sustainable competitive advantage for Maersk.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Expert: You thoroughly understand the customers you work with, build strong relationships with key customer teams (Logistics, Planning, Distribution), and guide them on how their company can benefit from new transportation services. Pilot and Expansion Lead : Oversee the end-to-end execution of groundbreaking pilots, ensuring customers gain trust in our concepts, gather evidence to further develop the product, understand how these benefit customers’ objectives and lead the expansion of the concepts into services embedded in customers' supply chain. Commercialization & Adoption : Define value proposition and go-to-market strategy, launch new products in pilot and full-scale versions, and drive adoption with customers. Collaboration Catalyst: Unite regional and cross-functional teams to align on common customer goals. Ensure guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration between various teams, such as operations, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing management of the product.We are looking for someone who:
Masters Product Discovery and go-to-market strategy: Has solid experience in deeply understanding customer problems and landing on the best way to solve them. Has a strong grasp of the product decision-making process, knowing what to build, how to obtain the critical customer insights needed to build products in the right way, and bring products to market ensuring commercial success. Previous experience in B2B Product Management is a must. Champions Communication: Communication is their superpower, fostering unity and clarity across diverse teams inside Maersk and our customers’ complex organisations. Can adjust communication style and collaboration approach elegantly to their audience, ranging from deep operations functions to executive levels.
