Work closely with the Director of Loyalty Technology and technical consulting partners to continuously prioritize development & optimize the software development lifecycle, ensuring the future program can scale efficiently across our European business. Communicate timelines and guide expectations across technical and non-technical stakeholder teams, documenting key design decisions, and directing UAT testing activities, and coordinating feature releases. Lead SAFe agile ceremonies with a global team of in-house and vendor partners. Collaborate closely with the Loyalty Analytics team to define, measure, and report on the key performance indicators of feature performance, customer experience impact, and business value.
