Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer retention efforts in Europe as a Product Manager. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty across the region.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of promotional activities and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to design and launch new products and services that meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of success in customer retention and loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools.
