Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at GAN Integrity Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention, while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in compliance solutions to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies, resulting in increased customer engagement and retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers, analyzing their compliance needs and providing actionable recommendations to improve their overall compliance posture.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our customers are well-informed and equipped to navigate complex compliance landscapes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
