Position at GroupM Nexus GroupM søger en digitalt funderet Client Engagement Director til vores kontor i København. I stillingen som Client Engagement Director sidder du centralt i vores specialist- & konsulentenhed GroupM Nexus, som bindeled ud mod vores bureauer Mindshare, EssenceMediacom og Wavemaker. Du vil være med til at drive den tværfaglige performance på en række af de største annoncører på tværs af Norden og samtidig sikre, at vi får alle vores kompetencer i huset sat i spil. Du skal derfor have bred erfaring med digitale medier (search, social, programmatic & ad ops), have forståelse for data aktivering og vigtigheden af kreativer i et digitalt økosystem. Du vil nemlig i rollen have ansvar for at sikre, at vores specialister og konsulenter i GroupM Nexus skaber den bedste leverance til vores kunder. Du vil være med til at sikre de rigtige samarbejdsmodeller på tværs af vores kompetencer i huset, der ikke alene styrker vores kundeorienterede tilgang, men også sikrer, at vores kunders forventninger ikke blot imødekommes, men overgås. Du vil være en kritisk drivkraft bag GroupM Nexus' tværfaglige præstation og digitale ambitioner, med en klar mission om at optimere vores kunders digitale tilstedeværelse gennem strategisk rådgivning og ekspertise. Dine ansvarsområder inden for Client & Agency Engagement-teamet vil omfatte, men er ikke begrænset til, kommunikation, projektledelse, stakeholder management og kultivering af langvarige kunderelationer. Dine hovedopgaver vil inkludere at: Skabe meningsfulde og dybe forbindelser med vores kunder, idet du altid stræber efter at forstå deres unikke behov og udfordringer for at kunne levere skræddersyede løsninger med udgangspunkt i vores kompetencer.  Facilitere effektiv vidensdeling på tværs af bureau og specialister, så alle teammedlemmer er udrustet til at yde den bedste service og rådgivning til vores kunder.  Lede kommercielle initiativer, der fremmer kundeudvikling, styrker forhold og skaber merværdi gennem strategiske pitches, projekter og konsulentydelser. Dine kvalifikationer
 For at excellere i denne rolle bør du: Besidde minimum tre års erfaring fra et medie eller performancebureau, fortrinsvis i roller, der har involveret direkte kundeinteraktion og strategiudvikling. Have dokumenterede resultater fra tidligere stillinger, der illustrerer din evne til at lede succesfulde initiativer og projekter til fordel for dine kunder. Være kendt for din empati, din evne til at opbygge relationer og dine stærke kommunikationsfærdigheder, som gør dig i stand til at håndtere komplekse samtaler og skabe løsninger i samarbejde med kunder. Have en solid forståelse for digitale medier, en strategisk tankegang og erfaring med at lede digitale transformationsprojekter. Være selvstændig, organiseret og detaljeorienteret med en proaktiv og resultatorienteret tilgang. Have evnen til at inspirere, uddanne og forbedre færdighederne hos dine teammedlemmer.
