Vi søger lige nu en dygtig medarbejder til vores support- og rådgivningsafdeling hos Salary by Ageras. Som rådgiver har du lyst til at gøre en forskel for Salarys vækst og succes. Du skal yde en professionel service til vores store kundebase, der har brug for hjælp til løn. Derudover får du medansvar for at definere og udarbejde initiativer, så vores kunder får en endnu bedre service.

Hvad vil du lave?

Dine primære opgaver vil bestå af at:

  • Rådgive og supportere vores brugere til stort og småt om løn
  • Hjælpe vores brugere med at bruge Salary
  • Skrive supportartikler om løn både til intern og ekstern brug
  • Undersøge brugernes ønsker til eventuelle forbedringer af Salary programmet

Hvem er du?

Du er en god menneskekender og elsker at give kunder en sublim support oplevelse. Og dine venner vil beskrive dig som udadvendt, tålmodig og selvkørende. Vi ser gerne at du:

  • Har erfaring, interesse eller en uddannelse indenfor HR operations, jura eller anden form for løn juridisk interesse 
  • Har tidligere siddet med administrative opgaver med fokus på forbedring af kundeservice
  • Er serviceorienteret og god til at samarbejde
  • Er udadvendt og klar til at blive del af et socialt arbejdsmiljø
  • Er proaktiv i din tilgang til arbejdsopgaver og elsker at arbejde selvstændigt
  • Betragter og behandler hver bruger unikt
