What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:

As a Management Assistant, you'll support the Country Manager and Leadership Team with daily administrative tasks and strategy compliance. You'll manage vendor creation, purchase requests, purchase orders, and quarterly ESG reporting. Overseeing facility management, you'll ensure high standards for cleaning, lunch services, and more.

You will organize events and seminars, schedule meetings, manage calendars, plan travel, and coordinate events. Internal communication will be crucial as you keep employees informed about our values, strategies, and initiatives. You'll also have opportunities to participate in group projects to drive our global strategy locally. This role is dynamic, requiring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

Prior experience in working in an international company Excellent planning and prioritizing abilities for daily tasks and administrative duties Efficient multitasker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive can-do attitude with a knack for creative problem-solving Ability to work independently and make decisions, while being a team player Excellent communication skills in Danish and English Proficiency in Office365
