Vi mangler en dygtig kollega i vores Nordic Customer Tax Reporting team, som i dagligdagen sikrer, at bankens kunder beskattes korrekt, og at banken lever op til de gældende myndighedskrav. Desuden arbejder vi målrettet med løbende at optimere og automatisere processer både indenfor teamet samt ud imod vores mange stakeholders.

Du vil blive en del af vores nordiske team - Nordic Customer Tax Reporting, som består af 12 dygtige medarbejdere. Samarbejde, ejerskab og tillid krydret med masser af godt humør kendetegner vores afdeling. Du vil opleve høj grad af ejerskab og ansvar, men samtidig vil du have tæt sparring og samarbejde med dygtige kolleger i dit team såvel som i resten af banken. 

Din rolle
Dine daglige arbejdsopgaver vi bestå af analyser, kontroller og korrektioner. I sektorsamarbejder vil du drøfte og påvirke implementering af ny lovgivning, hvorefter du vil kravstille samt koordinere den tekniske og operationelle implementering i banken. Dine opgaver vil variere i kompleksitet, og du vil opleve en alsidig arbejdsdag med stor indflydelse på egne opgaver og projekter. Vi lægger vægt på, at alle i teamet er med til at udvikle rapporteringsområdet og tager ansvar for, at vi lykkes med alle opgaver.

Du kan lide at arbejde på tværs i en stor organisation med mange stakeholders, idet du i hverdagen vil være i dialog med kolleger i Danmark, Norden, Litauen og Indien. Du må meget gerne har erfaring med skatteområdet eller erfaring fra den finansielle sektor, og du har interesse for og evne til at lede projekter og aktiviteter af forskellig kompleksitet. 

Et godt match
Vi forestiller os at du har en videregående uddannelse, men du kan også have en anden baggrund - fx. være bankuddannet evt. suppleret med en HD. Du har minimum 4 års erhvervserfaring indenfor den finansielle sektor eller andet relevant arbejdsområde, og derudover ser vi at du har erfaring med forretningsudvikling eller projektledelse. Du har en god forståelse for processer og dertil forbundne risici.

Vi forstiller os desuden, at du har:

en metodisk og en struktureret tilgang til at løse opgaver både på egen hånd og i samarbejde med andre kendskab til finansielle produkter og -services interesse for skatteområdet og gerne erfaring med skatterapportering godt kendskab til Office pakken - særligt Excel
