Customer Experience Specialist - Fragrance & Beauty
As part of a strong team of Customer Experience Specialists, your job will be to ensure that we can guarantee the expected high Chanel quality to hold the stores more accountable and give us an ability to motivate the B&M teams. The team will, together with the Sales Team & F&B Sales Manager Denmark & Norway, be the image guarantors in the wholesale distribution.
This position is a full-time role in a dynamic and inspiring environment with high ambitions and great courage. The position is based around Zealand, with a minimum 80% presence on the field, which includes weekend shifts. The role reports hierarchically to the Regional Sell out Manager, Zealand.
The Impact You Can Create At CHANEL
Establish Sell out & Client experience Support sell-out in Wholesale POS & own E-com business Set up Training to Wholesale Beauty Advisors and follow up on Inside Beauty usage Support Trainer team to organize local and online training Identify Product information and sales techniques Support trade marketing activation Support coordination of distribution network changes (openings, closings of Points of Sale) In charge of business performance (KPI) Being a guarantor of Image In-store checks (merchandising, stocks, PLV, brand image, etc. Ensure top 85 compliance & planograms Mange stock in POS IN/OUT and stock level in corporation with Sales team Be a support for the POS in handling return processes Update and manage evaluation gridsPosition Requirements
You are strongly performance driven and take full responsibility in all growth opportunities You have a positive attitude and are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics You share best practices with the team, is pro-active and contribute to nourish the collective knowledge and skills You are a self-driven and independent person You have a passion for client experience, luxury, and beauty Interpersonal skills, ability to establish emotional connection and build a relationship A valid driver's license is a requirement, as the position requires visiting customers all over ZealandYour Experience
