We are on the lookout for an Implementation & Customer Success Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of our clients with our innovative AI solutions and guaranteeing their experience with Pentimenti.AI is exceptional. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Implementation Efforts: Take charge of the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless introduction to our AI tender management solutions. 

Customer Induction Management: Manage the induction process to guarantee clients are fully acquainted with our systems and services. 

Process Ownership: Assume full responsibility for the implementation and induction processes, continuously refining these to boost customer satisfaction. 

Churn Management: Employ strategic measures to manage customer churn, aiming to not only retain but also increase revenue through proactive engagement and solutions. 

Bridge Between Teams: Act as the essential link between our customers and the product development team, translating feedback into actionable insights for ongoing product improvement. 

Feature Development: Participate in the development of new features by investigating and implementing areas requested by customers. 

Marketing Support with Insights: Provide the marketing team with critical insights into customer behaviour and data trends to shape strategy and campaigns. 

Customer Success Journey Ownership: Oversee the customer success journey, ensuring each client fully benefits from Pentimenti.AI's offerings.

About You: 

A sincere interest in technology and AI, with a strong inclination towards continuous learning and improvement. 

Experience in customer success or similar roles, ideally within the tech or AI sectors. 

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering and maintaining relationships with both clients and team members. 

Analytical and proactive in addressing challenges, with a knack for problem-solving. 

A team-oriented individual who flourishes in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. 

Fluency in Danish and English is required, ensuring effective communication with our diverse client base and within our team.
