Senior Manager in Change Management within Organizational Transformation

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our digital enabled transformation team. This role is pivotal in helping clients navigate complex digital transformations, with a strong focus on tech-enabled projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the people side of change, helping organizations embrace new ways of working, ensuring the successful implementation of tech systems, and driving the sustainable adoption of new business processes. Experience from SAP change projects is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager in Change Management, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading large-scale change management efforts within tech implementation and digital transformation projects.
- Developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and resistance management. From explore to hypercare.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and process to ensure the seamless adoption of new digital solutions.
- Assessing the impact of digital transformation initiatives and identifying risks and opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Supporting organizational readiness
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives on change management and transformation efforts.
- Coaching and mentoring teams, building change management capability across the organization.
- Ensuring the alignment of change management efforts with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in large, complex organizations.
- Experience working with SAP modules such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or Ariba is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across business functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
