Dann suchen wir genau dich als (Senior) Sales Manager im Bereich Affiliate Marketing
Main Responsibilities
Aufgaben:
- Identifizieren und Akquirieren neuer Geschäftspartner und Agenturen, um das Affiliate-Netzwerk auszubauen und neue Umsatzmöglichkeiten zu erschließen.
- Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen durch regelmäßige Kommunikation, Beratung und Unterstützung, um langfristige Partnerschaften aufzubauen und die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
- Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Identifizierung von Trends und Chancen im Affiliate-Marketing-Sektor, um innovative Vertriebsansätze zu entwickeln und Wettbewerbsvorteile zu erzielen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Produktentwicklung und Kundenbetreuung, um eine ganzheitliche und kundenorientierte Lösung anzubieten.
- Entwickeln und umsetzen einer umfassenden Vertriebsstrategie im Bereich des Affiliate Marketings, um die Umsatzziele zu erreichen und das Unternehmenswachstum zu fördern.
Your profile
Anforderungen:
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Account-Management im Bereich des Affiliate Marketings oder digitalen Marketings.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der digitalen Werbelandschaft und des Affiliate-Marketing-Ökosystems, einschließlich der gängigen Plattformen, Technologien und Best Practices.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren und fundierte Geschäftsentscheidungen zu treffen.
- Ergebnisorientierung, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und sich schnell verändernden Umfeld erfolgreich zu sein.
