  • Be an ambassador for change and build effective relationships with stakeholders within the project team and those impacted by the change.
  • Mobilise, involve and inform stakeholders throughout all project phases to ensure change readiness.
  • Identify possible risks and expected obstacles to the change, and create detailed plans to mitigate or resolve these challenges.
  • Assess how changes affect the business and ensure that the organization has the necessary knowledge and skills to embrace the new opportunities.
  • Measure and share the effectiveness (including adoption levels) of the change in line with the defined metrics.
  • Continuously review and measure the effectiveness of change activities and adjust plans as appropriate.
  • Support the team development and the ways of working in Carlsberg IIT.
  • Be frequently exposed to senior stakeholders across the entire Carlsberg organization.

What we’re looking for

A genuine, experienced, and proactive IT Change Manager who demonstrates true team spirit and has the following:

  • Solid experience from a similar position in a global company or consultancy and a proven history of effective change management in IT and Digital transformations.
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of an organization, with the ability to convey complex technical matters clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of change management methodologies, business insights, and organizational difficulties.
  • Flexible, responsive, and capable of designing and delivering high-quality change activities in ambiguous environments.

What you can expect

At Carlsberg IIT, you'll find a team and manager who genuinely value you as an individual. You will join a skilled group of experienced project managers and collaborate closely with many other experienced and great colleagues. Furthermore, you can expect:

  • A fun, truly international, and informal atmosphere
  • Flexible working hours supporting a good work-life balance
  • Lots of responsibility, high expectations, and trust from day one
  • Great professional challenges and opportunities to grow
  • A function and company that takes DE&I and creating an inclusive working environment seriously. (We encourage you to visit and learn more about our DE&I Strategy)
