Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Integrity & Compliance Manager to become a vital part of our organization.
This role will report directly to the General Manager and will be an integral member of the Nordic leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Business Integrity & Compliance Manager include:
- Collaborating with colleagues across the Nordics, including Commercial and Medical teams, to ensure ethical conduct and compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
- Promoting a culture of ethics and integrity within the organization.
- Coordinating local compliance processes, including healthcare compliance and anti-bribery initiatives.
- Ensuring that employees are aware of resources available for guidance on ethical business practices.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of global compliance policies and procedures.
- Conducting compliance monitoring and audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Supporting local management in integrity risk management.
- Documenting ethical incidents and managing corrective actions.
- Preparing reports for leadership meetings regarding compliance program effectiveness.
- Staying informed on changes in healthcare laws and regulations.
Compliance and Conduct
Adhere strictly to local legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, ensuring all activities align with Norgine's code of conduct.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Communication: Effectively conveys Norgine's vision and strategic direction.
- Change Management: Identifies and implements necessary changes within the area of responsibility.
- Leadership: Makes informed decisions and communicates them clearly.

Qualifications
Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages and proficiency in English, both written and spoken, are essential. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
