We’re seeking a Customer Experience Designer to join our Customer Success, Care, and Data team and report directly to the Director. If you are enthusiastic about empowering the best-in-class Customer Experience and driving growth through customer experience, you might be the right person for the job.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain detailed customer journey maps and service blueprints to visualize the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Facilitate cross-functional efforts to identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement that will help us achieve the desired commercial goals.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and feedback channels to inform design decisions.
    What will make you stand out? 
    • You are experienced with Customer Experience design and have a proven history of driving growth through customer experience improvement with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Service and the Product teams. 
    • You have an effective approach to driving customer experience improvements and can build business cases to guide decision-making for maximum impact. 
    • You are experienced in incorporating Customer Health Scores into the Customer Journey design and are exceptionally proficient in Customer Success and Customer Care service solutions.

      • You have hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools and can conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and refine design solutions with the stakeholders. 
      • You are interested in customer feedback and are able to establish a customer feedback ecosystem to empower the organization with a better understanding of customer needs. 
      • You thrive in a fast-paced working environment with uncertainties and surprises.
