As the preferred pharmaceutical distributor to pharmacies and hospitals, Nomeco plays a critical role in ensuring that the population in the Nordics has timely access to medicines. We are a leader in the distribution of these and have specialized in services that require a high level of logistical expertise. As part of the German PHOENIX Group, we are an integral part of an international network and an IT community in 29 countries.
As the Head of IT Infrastructure Services, you will be a key player in the Nomeco IT organization, overseeing our infrastructure portfolio and ensuring that resources and plans match. You will facilitate that technical challenges are handled in the team and in close collaboration with our very competent colleagues from Phoenix Group. You will set the direction for the team and manage the budget.
Who are you?
You are a highly skilled IT professional with a 5+ year track record in leading and developing IT professionals. You have a higher education in the IT technical field, and you are comfortable working with budgets, service level agreements, and commercial contracts.
What can you expect from Nomeco?
At Nomeco, we offer an informal environment where you will have a high influence on tasks and projects. The IT organization is closely integrated with the business and directly reports to the managing director. We work as team across functions with a strong focus on providing solutions. Our Infrastructure Service is a well-functioning team consisting of five first-level supporters and three IT consultants. The 1st level supporters in the ServiceDesk are managed by a team lead. As we operate in a regulated industry, we require good discipline in documenting processes and adhering to them. Our working languages are English and Danish.
Your workplace will be at our headquarters in Sydhavnen. We offer a competitive salary and good employment conditions.
