Om jobbet

Som International Sales Manager vil du være afgørende for at drive virksomhedens vækst gennem innovativ kunde- og markedsudvikling. 

Du vil arbejde med allerede definerede Ideal Customer Profiles, en struktureret pipeline og en segmenteret tilgang i salgsprocessen. Din opgave bliver at eksekvere strategien og analysere de forretningsmodeller, der skal til, for at sikre succes med at vinde nye kunder.

Du udvikler og plejer din kundeportefølje samt gennemfører effektive salgsaktiviteter for at sikre opnåelse af både kort- og langsigtede mål. Jobbet kræver 40-60 rejsedage om året. Du rapporterer direkte til virksomhedens CEO og samarbejder tæt med salg, teknik, produktion og økonomi. Jobbet indebærer ingen personaleansvar.

Dine opgaver vil være:

eksekvering af salgsstrategien og analyse af mulige forretningsmodeller drive salgsvækst ved at identificere og tiltrække nye kunder, især inden for segmenter med potentiale for gentagne køb vedligeholde og styrke relationerne til nye og eksisterende kunder for at øge salget deltage aktivt i at forme og forbedre salgsmetoder og -strukturer varetage opgaver inden for salg, prisoptimering, markedsudvikling og kundekontakt samarbejde med tekniske afdelinger for at sikre kundetilpassede produktløsninger.

Din profil og kvalifikationer

Du har sandsynligvis en relevant kommerciel eller teknisk uddannelse, stærke IT-færdigheder og erfaring med leadgenerering gennem digitale kanaler.

Desuden besidder du følgende kompetencer:

omfattende erfaring med udvikling af B2B-salg med nye kunder udenfor DK gerne erfaring med salg af tekniske produkter og/eller flair for teknisk betonede produkter dygtig til at navigere i komplekse salgsprocesser hos store virksomheder med mange interessenter en dynamisk og resultatorienteret tilgang, kombineret med analytiske og strukturerede arbejdsmetoder har en hands on og eksekverende arbejdsstil engagement i at nå salgsmål og skabe vækst dansk og engelsk beherskes på et højt niveau i både skrift og tale.
