About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales professional to lead our sales efforts in Germany. As our new colleague, you will be responsible for developing and driving our sales in Germany within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Building relationships and proactively seeking new customers in Germany.
  2. Ensuring the retention and growth of both existing and new customers.
  3. Managing projects for our German clients with support from your colleagues at the headquarters in Denmark.
Requirements
  1. A strong network and proven experience in project sales within the hospitality industry.
  2. A skilled negotiator.
  3. Experience in developing sales strategies and budgets.
  4. Excellent at building and maintaining relationships.
  5. Result-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude, always looking for solutions and thinking about profitability.
  6. Structured and organized, ensuring thorough follow-up and project handover.
  7. Fluent in German and English.
