Som Customer Success Manager...
...har du ansvaret for at sikre, at vi altid leverer de bedste kandidater til vores opgaver samt den bedste service til både brugere og kunder - det er hjertet af vores forretning Konkret står du for at passe vores telefon, mail og chat og sørge for at vores kunders behov bliver løst. Dette inkluderer manuel matching til virksomheder, når det er nødvendigt, opfølgning og sikring af kvalitet på både kunde- og brugersiden. Hvis du viser selvstændighed og proaktivitet, er der rig mulighed for at være med til at udvikle Temply på det strategiske plan i fremtiden og vokse hurtigt i rollen
Dine opgaver og ansvar:
Point of contact ved spørgsmål fra vores kandidater eller virksomheder via chat, email og telefon.
Manuel matching af last-minute jobs med kandidater og virksomheder - find rette kandidat til kunden.
Kvalitetssikring af udførte opgaver herunder opfølgning på lavt vurderede kandidater eller virksomheder.
Strategisk planlægning vedrørende, hvordan vi bedst hjælper de enkelte kunder.
Derudover er vi et start-up med en go-getter attitude, så der kommer med garanti andre løbende opgaver, hvor vi skal bruge dit skarpe hoved

Du har eventuelt tidligere erfaring med Customer Success/Experience i en scale-up.
