Vi er på udkig efter vores næste Assistant Sales Account Manager der er klar til at give den gas sammen med vores Head of SME Sales & Co-founder med 25+ salgserfaring.

Din rolle vil spænde bredt inden for BtB salg og Account Management, hvor du vil have rig mulighed for at udvikle dig i vores startup i tæt samspil med vores dygtige team, som alle har startet flere virksomheder.

Hvem er vi?
Vi hjælper virksomheder med at tage sig af deres medarbejdere 24/7-365 dage med en virksomhedsmarkedsplads og leveringsplatform til at håndtere alle deres leveringsbehov fra lokale butikker og producenter.

Vi er et voksende team bestående af 5-10 ildsjæle med kvalifikationer i alle boldgader. Vores team består af alt hvad en startup har brug for – lige fra serieiværksættere til investorer med 4x exit af tidligere succesfulde startups.

I din rolle som Assistant Sales Account Manager vil du få en afgørende rolle i vores forretning og i vores mission på at hjælpe virksomheder med at få glade og tilfredse medarbejdere.

Du vil komme til at have toperfarende eksperter i ryggen, som sørger for, at din rygsæk fyldes med erfaring. Alt sammen så du kan blive en superstjerne inden for salg-, kundesupport, kommunikation, account management mm. som du altid vil kunne anvende på kryds og tværs i din fremtidige karriere.

Din rolle
I din rolle som vores nye Assistant Sales Account Manager vil din primære opgave være at direkte aflaste vores Head of SME Sales med salgs- og kundepleje arbejdet og sammen drive vækst gennem eksisterende og nye kunder. Du vil derfor være en eksekverende forlænget arm til Head of SME Sales med en masse opgaver og kunde dialoger du vil blive kastet ud i.

Du vil blandt andet komme til at hjælpe med:

  • Salgstilbud sammen med Head of SME Sales
  • Daglig email tilbudsgivning via HubSpot
  • Account management
  • Telemarketing
  • Diverse salgs relateret opgaver
  • Customer support for mersalg/krydssalg og behov
  • "Sales target lists" i HubSpot
  • Pre-onboarding af kunder/suppliers samt oprettelse
  • Kontrakter
  • Supplier kontakt, besøg og samarbejdsaftaler
  • Kundebesøg
  • Customer Happiness opfølgninger mhb. på mersalg/krydssalg
