We seek a proactive and tech-savvy student to support our Sales department as a part-time Salesforce Tech Support Student Worker, approximately 20 hours per week within regular work hours.
You will be part of our IT department and work closely with our IT engineers and Product owner, but you will primarily be sitting with our salespeople to make sure they can work efficiently with our new quoting system. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in tech support and Salesforce quoting, making it an excellent opportunity for students interested in pursuing careers in technology or business operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and hands-on training with Salesforce and Zuora CPQ, including troubleshooting and resolving problems promptly and effectively
  • Assist in creating training material for users
  • Collaborate with the IT engineers and Product Owner to implement system enhancements, updates, and configurations to optimize Salesforce and Zuora CPQ functionality
  • Lead to Cash process optimization
  • Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of Salesforce and Zuora CPQ capabilities and best practices
    Qualifications:
    • Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Zuora CPQ or high motivation to learn fast
    • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
    • Ability to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Prior experience with technical support is considered an asset but optional
