Om stillingen og dine opgaver
Som Sales Operations Lead hos Hans Aa får du, sammen med salgsafdelingen, en central og afgørende rolle i at skabe fundamentet for, at virksomhedens ambitiøse vækstplaner over de kommende år indfries. For den rette kandidat kan stillingen have et spændende udviklingspotentiale.

Dine primære opgaver vil være at styrke salgs- og tilbudsfasen samt udvikle den globale kundeportefølje inden for specialdesignede presenningsløsninger til vindindustrien. Du vil få en hverdag med en bred kontaktflade til Hans Aas globale kunder, hvor du vil sikre en god og nærværende salgsproces samt opbygge og vedligeholde stærke kundeforbindelser. Dialogen med kunderne vil typisk foregå via Teamsmøder, telefon og mail.

Der vil samtidig være en forventning om, at du formår at effektivisere de interne processer i salgsorganisationen, skabe struktur, sikre masterdata og gøre en forskel administrativt. Du vil derfor få et bredt netværk på tværs af forskellige afdelinger og produktionssites hos Hans Aa, og med afsæt i virksomhedens flade organisationsstruktur vil du få direkte indflydelse på beslutningsprocessen.

Dine primære opgaver vil være:

  • strukturere salgsprocessen og håndtere kundeforespørgsler
  • proaktivt følge op på globale kunder og sikre, at kundernes forecast indfries
  • ordrehåndtering og korrespondance til kunder og resten af organisationen
  • følge projekter mellem R&D og kunderne
  • præge udviklingen af interne systemer og processer
  • indsamling af relevant information fra kunder og sikre, at kontrakter, dokumentation etc. er up to date
  • skabe transparens i salgsafdelingen via rapporter, tal, dashboards etc.
  • varetage dokumentationsopgaver (opdatering af prislister, varenummeropsætning, masterdata etc.).

Dine kvalifikationer
Din uddannelsesretning er ikke afgørende, men du har sandsynligvis et relevant kommercielt fundament kombineret med erfaring fra en lignende stilling (gerne vindindustrien), hvor du har skabt stærke kunderelationer.

Da din rolle er centreret omkring kunderne, har du en meget bred kontaktflade. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du har gode kommunikative evner og trives med at skabe langvarige relationer. Det er din drivkraft at yde fantastisk service både internt og eksternt og samtidig skabe positive kundeoplevelser. Desuden er du struktureret, selvkørende og har en løsningsorienteret tilgang til dine opgaver med et smittende personligt engagement og drive.

Vi forventer, at du

  • har minimum 3-5 års erfaring med internationalt salg
  • har solid erfaring i ordrehåndtering, tilbudsgivning samt direkte kundekontakt
  • har flair for struktur og kan systematisere, optimere og håndtere ordreflow fra A-Z
  • har solidt kendskab til Officepakken og er stærk i Excel
  • er vedholdende, selvkørende og drives af at opnå resultater både på den korte og lange bane
  • kan motivere dig selv, være proaktiv og arbejde selvstændigt
  • har et godt købmandskab
  • har erfaring med håndtering af fragt
  • mestrer dansk og engelsk på et højt niveau - både skriftligt og mundtligt.
